So obviously, not professional criminals decided to participate in a vandalism spree. They have been apprehend and are sitting at the Bi-State until they posted bond.

These guys were busy this weekend – and not in a good way at all.

About 1:30 on Sunday morning, we got a 911 call about a vandalism to a car in the Highland Park neighborhood. Someone had spray painted some disgusting sexual drawings and racial comments all over the car. As officers were checking the area to see if they could find whoever did it, they discovered at least ten other vehicles and a house that had similar messages spray painted on them too. We later found out that there were also several more vehicles on the Arkansas side that had the same thing done to them.

Ultimately, we were able to identify Taylor Carrell, 22, of Bloomburg, and Charlie Dillard, Jr., 17, of Longview, as the ones responsible for all of this. They came to the police department to turn themselves in and were booked into the Bi-State Jail for felony Criminal Mischief over $2,500. Both were released on Monday afternoon after each posting a $30,000 bond.
