Great job by Texas side Police.

Here is a Press Release from the Texarkana Texas Police Department.
We arrested Kevin Dwyer, 59, for a Forgery of a Financial Instrument after Officer Ty Ford saw him walking out of his camper on Waterall Street last night and knew he had an outstanding felony warrant.
Detective Warren Smith got the warrant last week after his investigation concluded that Dwyer had cashed a fraudulent check for $2,410 at a local bank in July. The business check was made out to Dwyer and appeared to be completely authentic, but the bank later learned that it had actually been forged. Detective Smith also discovered that Dwyer had gone to another bank in Texarkana Arkansas within an hour of cashing this check and managed to cash yet another worthless check there. Video surveillance confirmed that the suspect was Dwyer at both banks.
Dwyer was booked into the Bi-State Jail on the felony Forgery charge, and a hold was placed on him for a felony warrant from Texarkana Arkansas that was issued for the incident that happened on their side that same day. His bond was set at $20,000. However, he won’t be going anywhere when he makes bond on this charge, because he’ll then be extradited to Arkansas to deal with the Forgery warrant that they have waiting for him over there.
