Texarkana Texas Police have released the name of the teenager shot to death outside a home on Sidney Drive Monday afternoon. Also two people arrested have been named as well.

We arrested Kamorion (18) and Kieran (19) Meachem for the homicide that happened yesterday afternoon on Sidney Drive. The victim has been identified as 17 year old Ulises Martinez.

Detectives have been able to determine that there was some type of altercation between Kamorion and Ulises at Texas High School earlier in the day. After they were both suspended, they continued to communicate with each other and eventually met on Sidney Drive to fight a little before 2:00 yesterday. At some point during that street fight (which also involved several other teenagers), Martinez was shot once in the chest and died at the scene.
Several people, including Kamorian and Kieran Meachem, were transported from the scene and interviewed by detectives at the police department. The two brothers were later arrested for Murder and booked into the Bi-State Jail. Bond has been set at $1 million for both of them.
