Thanks to a tip from an alert citizen, a suspect wanted for several felonies including kidnapping charges is behind bars.

Late last night, we arrested Kevin Christopher – the man wanted for several felony crimes in Texarkana Arkansas, including kidnapping. He was caught after someone recognized him and called 911. He took off running when he saw us, but didn’t get far.
Christopher was booked into the Bi-State Jail, and we expect that he will be extradited back to Arkansas in the next few days.
