Join us for the Texarkana Homeless Coalition’s annual Chili Cookoff will be hosted on January 26th! Compete against other chili enthusiasts and support local services. There are four category winners: Best use of theme, best individual/organization, people’s choice, and top restaurant. Admission is free; Chili entry costs $25. Funds raised are used for homeless services and education.
