Kiwanis Club of Texarkana is hosting a family fun Trunk or Treat event. Come out on Saturday, October 29, from 11 am  – 2 pm at the TRAHC Parking Lot and enjoy an afternoon of Trick or Treating and games. This will be a great afternoon of free fall fun for our community.  Let’s see all of those amazing Halloween costumes and celebrate family.
