Our provisional members are hosting a fundraiser for their project, Make a Change! The Make a Change project will provide diapers and wipes to low-income families through Opportunities, Inc. in Texarkana, AR. This fundraiser will allow Opportinities, Inc. to continue services and meet a need for these families.
