Texarkana Area Veterans Council #278 will have a special service on Wednesday, November 11th, at 4:15 PM, at the Korea/Vietnam Memorial, on West 7th Street and Veterans Memorial Drive, downtown Texarkana. Greg Beck says that two more names will be added to the Memorial, and that those military personnel’s families will be there. The public is invited to attend.
