Monday, May 29, 2023, the Texarkana Area Chapter # 278 of the Vietnam Veterans of America will host the 40th Annual Memorial Day service at 11:45 am at the Korea/Vietnam Memorial at Seventh Street & State Line Avenue. Remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice while in the uniform of the United States Military while protecting our freedoms. And those that are still unaccounted for are the POW/MIAs.
