The City of Texarkana, Texas wants to remind everyone to utilize the recycling program that started on July 1st to properly sort the items being recycled.
The restart of our recycling program that began July 1st is doing very well! However, we are seeing a higher contamination rate than normal (about 1 out of every 8 homes). Please help us keep our contamination rates low by following these three rules! Courtesy FB/texarkanatexas
