Covid-19 concerns has led to the cancellation of next weeks Texas side city council meeting.

The City of Texarkana, Texas City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2020 has been cancelled. There were no pressing issues or items that needed to be voted on by the council, and out of an abundance of caution and concerns over COVID-19, Mayor Bob Bruggeman cancelled the meeting.
The City Council is scheduled to meet again on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in the Council Chambers on the 2nd floor at 220 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, Texas 75501.
