It’s getting cooler and that means time to taste some delicious East Texas chili.
The Great Cass County Peace Officers Association Chili-Cookoff will happen Saturday November 11th from 11am to 1pm at the Atlanta Texas Chamber of Commerce. It’s a $20 entry fee if your cooking and just $5 to eat all the chili you want for those not cooking.
If you are cooking chili you can register at the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Cass County District Clerks Office, the DPS Office in Atlanta, or the Cass County Sheriffs Office.
There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place best Chili.
Everyone is invited to attend and join the fun and eat some fantastic chili.
