Texarkana Texas Police say four juveniles have been arrested after a spate of car break-ins.

Here is the news release from the police department:

It all started with a 911 call about a car alarm going off in the parking lot of an apartment complex a little before 3:00 Sunday morning and ended with four juveniles going to JDC.

We arrested the 15 and 16 year old boys after we caught them breaking into cars at the Westridge Apartments and they took off running. Unfortunately for them, they couldn’t run fast enough or far enough to get away. They were all taken to JDC and charged with Burglary of Vehicles and Evading Arrest.

It was discovered that they’d managed to get into several unlocked cars in the parking lot and removed anything of value that they found.

Good job to the person who called in the alarm – and the officers who chased and caught these young car burglars.
