Fall Clean-Up Day – September 30th
The community is invited to join the Keep Texarkana Beautiful (KTB) committee for CleanUp Day on Saturday, September 30th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The focus this year includes neighborhoods in the Beverly, Rosehill, and New Town areas. Locations for collecting trash are:1303 Milam St. (across from Rosehill Community Garden)

$146,228.50 with budgeted funds within the computer hardware and software budget. Public Hearing: Council Vote: September 25, 20233. Resolution No. 2023-128 approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract extension/renewal agreement between the City and Valley View Consulting, L.L.C. to provide professional investment advisory services for the City’s investable funds for a period of two (2) years for an annual fee of 0.050% of average book value. Resolution No. 2023-129 requesting approval of the Pictometry International Corp dba EagleView contract for digital aerial photography, in a total amount not to exceed $459,955.80, with the Texas portion not to exceed $42,000. 5. Resolution No. 2023-130 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Contech Contractors, Inc of Texarkana, Texas, for an amount not to exceed
