On May 17, 2021, at approximately 10:10 pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Kaden Pugh, 21, of Ashdown, AR, and charged him with terroristic threatening in the 1st degree. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of East 11th St. in Hope, AR. Pugh was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
