Starting on Monday May 11, 2020, Arkansas restaurants will be allowed to open for dine in patrons, but will do so in stages. Governor Asa Hutchinson made the announcement in his address to the state this afternoon.
Natural State restaurants will open in phases. Phase one will limit capacity to 1/3 or 33% along with other mandated precautions. Phase two will raise capacity to 67%, but that date will be determined later based on ever changing data regarding the spread of the COVID-19 infection.
