TTPD Seeking Identities of These Two Suspects

octo20ttpd-png

TTPD is seeking the identity of these two people. It seems they may have some “Grinch DNA,” and a proper discussion with their hearts being two sizes, two small is in store with them, and our very own Texarkana Texas Police Department.

Does anybody recognize either of these two people? We’re trying to identify them. While the cases are not related, the suspects seem to have something in common – They apparently weren’t listening when their mama told them not to take things that don’t belong to them. The guy took some money from a bag left at the register at a convenience store, and the woman loaded up her purse with stuff at another store.
If you know who they are, please give us a call at 903-798-3116 and we’ll be able to take it from there.

Retire Old Glory Ceremony

The VFW Post #4562 and Cub Scout Pack & Troop 19 are organizing a Flag Retirement Ceremony on January 13th at 1:00 pm. The event will take place at 4700 E 9th Street, Texarkana, AR. The purpose of the ceremony is to dispose of unserviceable American flags in a dignified and respectful manner, following the guidelines set out for such occasions. Retiring our flag properly is a sign of respect and honor for the symbol it represents. Leaving it tattered or in a state of disrepair goes against the principles of patriotism and reverence for our nation.
