Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Wardens assigned to Bowie County made an arrest this morning in reference to illegal hunting on property owned by Wadley Hospital inside the city limits of Texarkana. Game Wardens arrested Dustin Miles, age 41, of Texarkana, Ark for the alleged illegal activity..
Mr. Miles was also alleged to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a crystal substance believed to be Methamphetamine…
Upon arrest, Mr. Miles was transported to Bi-State jail by the Texarkana Texas Police Department.
Mr. Miles has been charged with criminal trespassing with a deadly weapon, hunting without landowners consent, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram(meth), littering, and no hunting license..
