The Texarkana, TX Parks & Recreation Department and the Bowie County Health Department employees have joined forces and created a Community Garden at the Collins Senior Center at 3000 Texas Blvd. The produce grown here at the Collins Senior Center will be available for harvest soon. The garden is free and open to the public. This garden is a unique project through the Building Resilient Inclusive Communities Coalition of Bowie and Red River Counties.
