Texarkana Police Looking For Armed Robber

We may have a serial armed robber in the city, that’s the word from Texas side police.

Here is the News Release from the Texarkana Texas Police Department:

There have been three late-night armed robberies over the last week and a half at convenience stores – all believed to have been committed by the same guy. Unfortunately, they seem to be getting more violent with each one.

The suspect is described as a black male, who is about 5-9 and has a stocky build. He has worn a hoodie and mask in all three robberies and been armed with a handgun.

Anyone around a convenience store should be extra vigilant right now. If you notice a person or a vehicle that seems out of place or suspicious, please call 911 so we can come check them out. Better safe than sorry. We’d much rather get a call and it wind up being nothing than not getting a call and there’s another robbery – this time where someone gets seriously hurt or killed.
