Ready for Halloween Fun?

Halloween 2020 is only a little more than a month away. We have asked you if you think that children should be allowed to participate in Trick-Or-Treat. And you have answered, with a resounding YES.

Of course, with 2020 being a running horror show as it is…we DO want our kiddos to be safe during any Halloween events, parties, Fall Fests, Trunk-Or-Treats, or anything else, celebrating the fun and games of the season.

With that in mind…we here at the station are asking you to please share with us, your upcoming Halloween events. Please send them to Fabe, at fabe@ami-texarkana.com. Then we can keep everyone informed as to what will be available for families.

And here’s one already:

Crossties proudly presents a downtown Fall Festival for everyone!! If your looking for a place to take your children trick or treating we encourage you to bring them downtown. Crossties is sponsoring the first annual fall fest on East Broad St. We will shut the street down on Saturday October 31st from 3pm til 6pm for trick or treating. You can enter the area near Zapatas and walk the side walks for two blocks where candy stations will be set up for the children. Once you reach, TLC, cross the street and continue finding candy stations on the side walks all the way back to Crossties, where there will be games. Also, if your child makes it to every station, then there will be a special pumpkin decorating event for them on the lawn of Crossties. We are looking forward to this event and we encourage any business in the area, church, civic organization, or other groups that wants to participate by setting up a candy station, please reach out to us. We would love to make this a large family friendly event that the entire community can get involved in. We looking forward to hearing from you!!
Please do let us know…we are Big Kids here, too. Thanks.
