A one vehicle accident overnight has claimed two lives in Texarkana, Arkansas.

This morning at 3:15 a.m. officers of the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on N. Stateline Avenue near East 24 th Street. The vehicle left the roadway going northbound and collided with a concrete foundation of a former building. The vehicle rolled over and burned. The driver was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead and a passenger died at the scene.
The Arkansas State Police is conducting the investigation. The driver and passenger information has not been released due to ongoing investigation. Further information will be released when it is available.
