Before you head to city hall or the police department check to see if perhaps you can conduct your business online rather than in person.

The Wake Village City Police Department and City Hall front office is closed effective January 5th. Please note there is always an officer on duty, you can call 911 for emergencies, or 903-798-3876 for nonemergency police matters.  You can call 903-838-0515 for the business you’d like to conduct with city hall.

1.As of today, Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 we will no longer accept walk-ins at the Police Department.

2.All non-emergency/routine calls that require a report will be done by telephone. Officers responding to a residence will make every attempt not to go inside unless it is absolutely necessary and will be asking people to step outside when responding to a call for service. Officers will try to maintain a “social distance” of approximately six feet with persons they are interacting with.

3.Emergency/Life Threatening calls or “In Progress” calls for service will be handled in the same manner as always. Officers will be required to wear gloves, and or masks, and attempt to avoid as much contact as possible with the victim/suspect on these calls.

4. If you need to request a report we ask that you please call the non-emergency phone number 903-628-3771, or email Katie.Jimenez@NB-PD.ORG,
Reports can be mailed and/or emailed to the requestor.
5. The presence of Officers in the City will not change.
We want to make sure that our Officers, Dispatchers and NB Citizens are safe and healthy during this pandemic. Please remember to wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer when you are unable to wash your hands. We will continue to make sure New Boston is a safe place for all of our citizens.
