Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports 20 new cases since Thursday, October 8, 2020 for a total of 1,445 positive COVID-19 cases, with 74 deaths. The Department of State Health Services is reporting 1,067 recoveries.Through the end of the year, free testing will be offered Monday- Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Texarkana-Bowie County Family Health Center at 902 W. 12 th Street, Texarkana, TX 75501.
