The City of Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department will join with the Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce to host a Ribbon Cutting at the brand-new inclusive playground at Spring Lake Park this Thursday, April 28, 2022.

 The playground, located near 4303 N Park Rd, was built as an Eagle Scout project by local Boy Scout Troop 16 in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department and made possible by many donors and sponsors.
