Fouke Community Center on Thursday and Doddridge Communith Center on Friday!

Also if you are eligible and haven’t yet been vaccinated, please look at the attached flyers for more information!
Fouke:
Required paperwork is available to be picked up in advance at the Doddridge Community Center or in Texarkana at the College Hill Pharmacy. Please arrive with your driver’s license, insurance card and completed paperwork.
Immunization Location: Fouke Community Center | 102 East Red Cut Road | Fouke, AR
Immunization Clinic will be open from 9am – 3pm.
Doddridge:
Required paperwork is available to be picked up in advance at the following locations:

Monster Mart
Allen’s Burger Center
Sheryl’s Country Kitchen
Fouke United States Post Office
College Hill Pharmacy in Texarkana.
