City to Consider Mini-Warehouse Request

The Texarkana Texas City Council will consider allowing another mini-warehouse development at it’s meeting tonight.

There are already at least two min-warehouse facilities north of Interstate 30, now a developer wants to add another on a 26 and half acre tract bounded by Richmond Road and Airline Drive.

There will be a public hearing on the matter prior to the vote. The council will need a 3/4 vote of approval to change the zoning due to neighborhood opposition to the project.
